Technical Characteristics:

Brass is Metallurgical alloy of Copper and Zinc, These powders are
produced through high-pressure water atomization of the molten metal
alloys, the most standard/common Brass compositions are 80/20, 70/30,
and 60/40. MPI offers atomized Brass powders by water atomization
process.
Brass powders with different composition as well as with different size
distribution can be supplied upon request.

 

Applications:

- Used in areas where corrosion resistance and/or appearance are
required.
- House hold appliance parts.
- Sintering of small parts such as locks.
- Valves and marine hardware.
