Technical Characteristics:
Bronze is Metallurgical alloy of Copper, Zinc, Tin, and Lead, These
powders are produced through high-pressure water atomization of the
molten metal alloys, the most standard/common Bronze composition is
90/10.
Bronze powders with different composition as well as with different size
distribution can be supplied upon request, the powders can be either
hydrogen deoxidized or non-deoxidized according to their intended uses.
Applications:
- Manufacturing self-lubricating bearings.
- Mechanical parts
- Friction materials
- Diamond tools
- As an additive in plastics and paints
